We have a customer contact that left the firm for a while and then returned. During the time he was gone, his email account to disabled. Constant Contact flagged it as non-existant and then suspended it. This individual returned to the company and his old email address was reinstated. How do I un-suspend him ???
Thanks for posting to the Community!
We would be more than happy to look into that email address for you! Please send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your account username, the email address that is listed as suspended, and a reference to this post. In most cases we are able to remove that suspension for you! Click Here for some more information on the suspended bounce category.
Have a great rest of your day!
The City contacted you by phone and sent me the following email msg...
"I sent this over to our Communications department. Please resend and let me know if you run into any issues.
Email messages sent to and from the City of Johns Creek may be subject to disclosure under the Georgia Open Records Act."
When I looked at the city councilman's entry, it did not show any email address. I tried to add his email to his record, I get the following message -
Thank you for your reply. If you can email social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the username on your account as well as a reference to this post, I'm happy to take a look and see what might be occurring.
Thank you and have a great weekend!
Is there a way you can help me with issue as well. I have an email that is getting bounced back and says its suspended but I didn't suspend it.
I see that you were able to get in touch with the Community support team via email to have that suspension removed from your contact. Please let us know if you have additional questions and have a great rest of your day!
