We have a customer contact that left the firm for a while and then returned. During the time he was gone, his email account to disabled. Constant Contact flagged it as non-existant and then suspended it. This individual returned to the company and his old email address was reinstated. How do I un-suspend him ???

The City contacted you by phone and sent me the following email msg...
"I sent this over to our Communications department. Please resend and let me know if you run into any issues.
Email messages sent to and from the City of Johns Creek may be subject to disclosure under the Georgia Open Records Act."
When I looked at the city councilman's entry, it did not show any email address. I tried to add his email to his record, I get the following message -

Is there a way you can help me with issue as well. I have an email that is getting bounced back and says its suspended but I didn't suspend it.
