Create and assign User Roles to an account

Hey, sorry to dig up an old thread, but I'm having trouble adding users as well. We have the Plus sub, but there's no option to add users where there should be.

I checked the account you provided, and the ability to add and manage users is available. If you're not seeing any users or a way to manage them, and you're logged in as the account owner, then I'd advise going through standard connectivity troubleshooting to narrow down what browser, device, or network element is blocking that info from loading when you view it.
