cannot get contacts to load 

Trying to add more contacts and contacts will not load. Continue to get the message, sorry, something went wrong, try again later. I have tried through the explorer browser and Mozilla browser. Can you tell me how to get past this?




I apologize your contacts page is not loading for you. Would you be able to take a screenshot of the error message you are getting when trying to reach this page? Once you have this screenshot you can then email it to us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com along with your username, what method you are using to upload your contacts (file, copy/paste, etc.), and a reference to this post. Once we have these details we can troubleshoot this further for you.
