There are some event registrations I can't even get to because of the endless twirl of "LOADING" on all the campaigns on the list. I've filed the event registrations in their own folder so I can get to them, but it still doesn't load all the events and eventually times out and logs me out due to inactivity while I wait for my events to load. I HATE THE NEW LAYOUT!!
Hello @CareyM28. I'm so sorry that you're having trouble with your campaigns loading. I believe that this might be caused by a browser issue. If you could, please try to access your event registrations in a different browser. If your account loads better on a different browser, then you most likely have a third-party plugin that is interfering with Constant Contact. Here is how you can disable them.
If you are still having trouble accessing your event registrations when you are in a different browser, we recommend running a speedtest for your internet connection. Constant Contact works best with an upload and download speed of 2mbps. Please let us know if either of these suggestions work for you.
