Re: Need DKIM Keys to send mail on behalf of my domain

Hi Constant Contact, The DKIM keys that exist for this service was configured sometime 2020-2022 and setup as a 1024-bit key.  Our cyber insurance underwriter requires keys that are 2048-bit or longer. Can you please help me obtain 2048-bit keys for this application? My company needs to update DNS and resolve these findings.

You will need to reach out to our delivery team at 1-866-433-8499 for assistance with a DKIM key. They are available from Monday-Thursday: 6 a.m. - 8 p.m. MT or 8 a.m.- 10 p.m. ET, Friday: 6 a.m. - 7 p.m. MT or 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. ET or Saturday - Sunday: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. MT or 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. ET.
