I KNOW how to schedule my campaign....but your site is NOT working!
When will your tech support fix problem? I cannot make a new contact list....as I do each month.
What's going on at CC? Help!

I apologize you're not able to work in your account as easily as you should! We have not received any reports of our site being down. I can also see you were able to recently both upload your contacts and send an email campaign. Are you still in need of assistance? If so, what exactly are you experiencing? Are you receiving any error messages? How are you adding your contacts? We are always happy to help, but having these details will allow us to clarify this experience further.
