I'm sorry to hear that the list picker is not displaying the option you want to select when sending your email. That can happen for a couple of reasons. It can happen if there are no contacts on the list you are trying to send to, if there are contacts on the list you might try making that list a Favorite, that will then make it the first option in the list picker.
If you continue to have problems, can you please send a screenshot of the issue to social_support(at)constnatcontact(dot)com with your username, the name of the campaign you are sending, the name of the list you are trying to send to and a reference to this post and I'm happy to do some deeper investigation.
