We have posted events and certain registrants are ‘abandoned’ and we no clue if they tried to pay via payPal
is this a problem with certain browsers like Safari?
is there a fix?
Thank you so much for bringing this to our Community. Payments can be shown as abandoned even if the registrants payment has gone through on PayPal if there is something wrong with the Sender ID. Here is more information on what to do and who to contact. The registrants who show as abandoned but their payment status is 'pending' are the ones who have paid. You you can manually change them to registered in the account, via the article shared previously. The registrants who show abandoned and the payment status is 'incomplete' will not have entered any payment information, so it is best to reach out to them directly and ask if they are planning on attending and give them the opportunity to re-try their payment.
