Hi there, I had created a new contact but keyed in the wrong address. Later I created a new contact with the same name but with the correct address. When I discovered that I had two entries for the same name, I deleted the latest contact with the correct address, thinking that I could simply type in the correct address in the original contact. Unfortunately I got an error note saying 'The email address already exists in your account'. So I can save the new and correct email address. Appreciate any advise on how I can resolve this.

Please respond to this @ mention email with the contact's current and new email addresses, and we'll see if there's anything our higher level technical team can do. Otherwise you can also just add the new email address as a contact in the appropriate lists, and remove the old contact.
