i dont understand why when you enter the information in a template it looks fine until you sent the test email. Once you see the test email it is not at all lined up like it is being shown. is there an easier way? spending several hours trying to get mail ready because the view on screen is different from what is actually sent via email. please help
We would love to help. Email clients can display the e-mail you've designed differently depending on certain factors. We would need to investigate to know for sure why the e-mail is not displaying how you would like it to. 2. The e-mail client(s) you've seen the inconsistencies in.
3. If possible, screenshots of the differences so we know what to look for -- or at least a description of where to look.
