I'm thinking of reactivating my account but in a lower category than what we had when we closed the account. We would be fewer than 500 contacts. How can I do this?

I'd recommend calling our general support so they can confirm security permissions, and get the contacts you currently have in your dashboard exported. Once your existing contacts have been exported, they can then delete the contacts. From there they can transfer you to Billing for a manual tier reduction, then you can pay at the lowest tier to get started back up. Then simply upload your contacts, up to the threshold of that lower 0-500 tier. If you go over the 500 threshold, you'll be charged the following billing cycle at the higher amount.
