Reactivating an account


Reactivating an account

When I click the link to reactivate, I am directed to upgrade the account. I have always had 3 managers, but when I look at the pricing plans, it says I only have 1. How can I solve this?

Thank you for reaching out to us! So it sounds like the account that you had in the past was a grandfathered account that allowed for more then one user on our basic plan. This would be something that you need to discuss with our Billing team to see if there is anything that they can do. Here is their direct number: 1-855-229-5506!
