Recovering deleted campaign

  1. If we should lose a campaign in the process of making changes or delete one by mistake, is there a way for Constant Contact to recover the previous version of the campaign?
  2. If not, how do we make a local backup of our campaigns?
  3. If you are able to restore a prior campaign version, how long would it take?

Same concern with the contacts list, if for some reason we lose our contacts list, how would we retrieve the list?  How long would it take to retrieve the list.

Thanks

Hello @MamieM0,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! If you accidentally delete a campaign, you can restore it under the deleted option on the bottom left-hand side of the account. If you delete your contacts, they are deleted permanently until you upload them again.
