I keep being redirected to the payment page when I login.
I have already created my account, done a campaign and bulk email earlier today. I can't access my dashboard anymore.
Is there a problem with this service?

I apologize for the experience you're having with your account! Are you not seeing an X or a way to close out this pop-up? Are you having this same experience in more than one browser or even a private/incognito window? I have taken a look at your account and can see you are still under our free trial period. Have you tried upgrading your account to a paid account to stop this pop-up for appearing?
