Hello and thank you or reaching out to The Community with such a great question! We can definitely understand wanting to clear out the less active contacts on your list. Luckily we do in fact have a great way to Create a Segment of your contacts to do exactly that! Using the Segment Tool you could create list of contacts using queries such as “Did Not Open” with the last few days, the last two years, or anywhere in between. Segments can be used for a lot more as well. If there is anything else we could assist with please do not hesitate to reach back out!
