Refund Registrant

Registrant signed up using PayPal. They have canceled and asked to be refunded. Once refund is processed, does status on Dashboard change automatically from PAID to REFUNDED...or is that manual? So that the slot reopens, do we need to delete the person or are they automatically deducted from the registrant count?

Hello @CommunicationsTeam ,

 

You'd need to manually change their payment and registration status, as we wouldn't receive any notification from the payment service for when you've refunded them. Refunds are handled through whichever payment system you utilized for their payment (WePay or PayPal).
