I sell tickets to an event and had someone cancel and request a refund. Is there a way to set her registration as "unpaid"? I did cancel her registration, so she is on the "cancelled" tab, but her fee still shows as paid, which might create confusion at the door. What is the best way to process and record a cancellation and a refund for event tickets?
Hello @HenrietteR. At this time, we do not have an option for "Refunded" in the Pay Status. Depending on the payment system you are using, it may update the status to Refunded but that is not an option in the account at this time for you to choose manually. I suggest exporting the full list of your registrants and creating a separate column in the spreadsheet to record refunds.
