Dear team, now a days my business is not good so I am planing to change the plans & pricing. Now I situated UAE to India and here I am planing to use only 500 contacts for email marketing. So please help me to grow and please allow me to change the plan. If possible please give some discount to reactivate the account. Hope to hear from you soon.

Billing on account is based on the level of contacts you have and the email plan you are under. Not only this, but at this time we also only offer discounts for non-profit users or users who prepay their billing. However if you are interested in reactivating your account, or have any questions on your specific billing details, our Billing Support can help point you in the right directly. For your account security we are unable to go into an account's billing here in the Community - but these agents are currently available by phone
