This event is giving people a registration error when their email address is not in our database. Customer support via live chat tells me it is a known bug, but since CC is phasing out their registration program to Event Brite, that they will not be working on these bugs or make them a priority. I hope this is not correct. I haven't heard ANYTHING about CC phasing out registration and even if it is true, then tech support should be a priority for these programs until they are phased out.
