Registration failing

Hello,

We have multiple people register for various events that their registration does not save in the system and they do not get a confirmation email even though they finished the registration process and saw the final page saying thanks for registering and look for your confirmation email.

Hi @Friends.of.Ballona.Wetlands ,

I certainly apologize that you are running into this. Are you collecting payment on your end, and if so, is the payment populating in the transaction company you used (Wepay and/or Paypal)?

You can also feel free to resend the confirmation email to registrants. I always advise checking the Junk/Spam folder, as well as the Promotions folder if they have Gmail account.

If the registrant is not showing up in your Registrants at all, I would advise collecting the email addresses of the contacts that this is happening for, and giving our support team a call at 866-289-2101 for some live, 1:1 troubleshooting and support. This sounds like something we may need to bring to our technical department.
