We have been getting several registrations (greater than 10) that have shown up as incomplete or abandoned...but when we look, we are collecting money and the registrations are actually complete.

I'm sorry that you are encountering this problem with your registrants showing as abandoned when they are in fact registered. In order to troubleshoot further, I will need a bit more information. Can you please send an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com and include your username, the name of the event, the names and emails of the registrants you are seeing the issue occur with and a reference to this post so that we can troubleshoot further?
