Hi, I have my event ready to go live but before I do I put it in preview to make sure payments can go through to my PayPal. When I hit payment is says cannot process contact the event organizer? Everything is right on the PayPal side. Any suggestions will be very helpful

Hello @AlbanyArmory ,

 

If the event isn't live, it won't actually connect with the payment setups. You can always make edits to it after making it live, so I'd recommend you do that if you're going to be "testing" the payment process.
