While we're always happy to help, due to account security we are unable to go into your billing details or authorize any refunds here in the Community. We can however go over some of our basic billing policies. For example, Constant Contact is a monthly service that will automatically charge the payment method on file each month. The monthly product fee applies whether you or not you send a campaign because your account also includes managing your contacts (hosting your contact list, signing up new contacts, and unsubscribe management), designing and sending emails, promotions, offers and events, and reporting for the results.
If you do not plan on using your account for a long period of time we also have the option of suspending your account for a lesser monthly fee. Suspending the account would allow for you to work on your campaigns and manage your contacts though you would not have the option to send emails. You can unsuspend the account from the “My Account” section at any time. In the meantime we have submitted a ticket in your account so you may be further assisted with this experience.
