Hello MAKAYLAR34,
Thank you for reaching out to Constant Contact API Developer Support. My team is here to assist outside software developers with questions about building into Constant Contact's API.
It looks like you are having an issue with our plugin, Constant Contact Forms for Wordpress, rather than an issue connecting or developing a 3rd party integration using our API.
I’m going to escalate this case to one of our support specialists so that they can follow up directly regarding the issues you are having with our plugin. They should be in touch within 4 business days. Otherwise, for immediate assistance, or if you’d like a callback/email from them at a certain day/time you can call our support line at 866-289-2101 and reference case # 29072226.
I have the same issue. An unwanted EDIT FORM link to the back end appears on my Constant Contact signup form. It appears to have something to do with McAfee True Key, which is installed on this computer, since a right click on this button gets me to the McAfee site. Can you help? You can see this issue in the sidebar on https://authorpetergreen.com
Hello. I have the same issue.
Hello Heather, the answer is at the very end of this thread.
Hi @HeatherB820. As stated by a previous poster (thanks for letting us know, Ted!) and reviewing similar cases, this button appears because you have editing privileges for your Wordpress account. This will not show for anyone else who is not logged in as an admin, such as your website visitors.

That edit form option is not visible for your contacts to click. It will be only visible for you so that you can go to WordPress dashboard to make changes. Thanks to Aishwarya with CC for apprising me of this, and just thought I would share it here for others.
