For security reasons, we can't go into accounts and remove / change information via Community. We recommend having the new owners of the account update the account information accordingly in the My Account and My Settings areas.
If they have issues updating the account info, they can call in for further guidance. They can also call in and answer the security question(s) for the account, to have one of the agents do the updates for them.
