I need someone to remove it from my emails. I understand that it can't be removed by me for some reason. Please do so immediately.

If you have any questions, simply email them to my account and I will respond quickly.

Thanks.

Many of the elements in the footer are required by law, including the ability for recipients to unsubscribe from your newsletter, so we are  not able to remove the entire footer from your emails.

If you are looking to remove the Constant Contact logo from the footer of your email, this is something that can be done very quickly at no cost to you if you are a paying customer. If this is the customization that you are referring to, call our support line and one of our support representatives will be able to assist you with this.

If you need further customization of the footer, our custom services team can work with you to make a custom footer. This is not a free service and costs $99. If this is something you are interested in please let us know and I would be happy to have our custom services team get in touch with you regarding this.

Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks.

I am a paying customer. How can I remove logo "Trusted email from constant contact" from SafeUnsubscribe block in emails? How can I replace it with our company logo? I have attached our company logo.

Thanks,

Is it possible to remove the Constant Contact Button if you are using a free account?

Hi there,

I'd like to answer this question.

First of all, we have many buttons, which one are you referring to? The Constant Contact footer at the bottom of the email?

If your account is in trial, this cannot be removed. However, if the account is being charged a monthly fee, you can contact Support to have this removed for you.

To contact Support in the best way for you, please select the >Help button from top of the screen and you'll see the 3 channels of Support that we offer:

Hope that helps,
