Remove the Constant Contact logo from campaign footer

I need someone to remove it from my emails. I understand that it can't be removed by me for some reason. Please do so immediately.

Many of the elements in the footer are required by law, including the ability for recipients to unsubscribe from your newsletter, so we are  not able to remove the entire footer from your emails.

If you are looking to remove the Constant Contact logo from the footer of your email, this is something that can be done very quickly at no cost to you if you are a paying customer. If this is the customization that you are referring to, call our support line and one of our support representatives will be able to assist you with this.

If you need further customization of the footer, our custom services team can work with you to make a custom footer. This is not a free service and costs $99. If this is something you are interested in please let us know and I would be happy to have our custom services team get in touch with you regarding this.

Hi Lauren,

I removed the logo from your emails which also will remove it from your event invites. You should not be seeing the logo on your registration form or Homepage so you should be all set.

Can you tell me more about where the logo shows on Facebook?

I can remove the logo from the footer of all draft and new emails you create in your account. You will just need to log out of your account and back in to see this change.

Thanks for posting. I've removed the logo for you so it will no longer show in the bottom of any draft or new emails you create. If you are still seeing it please try logging out and then back into the account.

I just had this conversation today, during two of my four phone calls. Not one person saw this as a problem when I mentioned that the Constant Contact logo was more prominent than was my own PAID ad. In fact, it shows up at the top of my ad that's shared on facebook, and at the bottom of the ad.

The logo has been removed from your account.  If you are logged in you will need to log out of the account and then back in to see the change.

I took a look at your account and it appears the logo is already removed in your account. Can you try logging out and then back in to your account to see if you are still seeing the logo please?  If you are still seeing the logo can you tell me where you are seeing it, so that I can take a closer look for you?
