Remove the Constant Contact logo from campaign footer

I need someone to remove it from my emails. I understand that it can't be removed by me for some reason. Please do so immediately. 

 

If you have any questions, simply email them to my account and I will respond quickly.

Many of the elements in the footer are required by law, including the ability for recipients to unsubscribe from your newsletter, so we are  not able to remove the entire footer from your emails.

 

If you are looking to remove the Constant Contact logo from the footer of your email, this is something that can be done very quickly at no cost to you if you are a paying customer. If this is the customization that you are referring to, call our support line and one of our support representatives will be able to assist you with this.

 

If you need further customization of the footer, our custom services team can work with you to make a custom footer. This is not a free service and costs $99. If this is something you are interested in please let us know and I would be happy to have our custom services team get in touch with you regarding this.

Can you please remove logo "trusted email by Constant Contact" from the email footer, also please remove logo with a little envelope "Safeunsubscribe" as there is already a "safeunsubscribe" link at the very button of the footer, do not need two.

I have removed our logo from your footer, however I cannot remove the SafeUnsubscribe envelope as that would require a custom footer request. Follow the steps here to request a custom footer from our Custom Services team.

How do you remove the Constant Contact logo from the Social Campaigns email?  I would like to try this feature but I can't have that logo there and I do have a paid account.

Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to remove the logo from the Social Campaigns Product.  But please keep checking back as we continue to enhance our products.

Can you please remove the CC logo from our email as well? We are a paid account and you have my permission. Thanks.

Hi , I have a partner account and I would like it if the Constant Contact logo could be removed from my clients emails.

 

How can I do this? Does a rep have to do this?

Hi Ricky,

A rep can can remove the logo from any paid account for you. If you are talking about several accounts it would be easiest  over the phone but if you would rather us do it here we will need you to comment on this thread from each individual account giving permission for us to do this. This is just for security as we have to go into the account.

Unfortunately since you are in a trial I will not be able to remove the logo. When you become a paying customer, we can remove that right away for you. Let us know when you sign up!
