Remove the Unsubscribe

We are an educational institution and we don't want to give the option for students to unsubscribe to certain emails. We are emailing students to their school address and opting out is not an option for them. Is there any way to make this removable?

Hi @AngelaJ219 

 

I can understand how important it is for your students to receive your emails. However being able to remove the unsubscribe is not a feature we provide. Due to legal limitations like the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislature and CAN-SPAM Act, this unsubscribe button is required. These laws require mass emailing programs, like Constant Contact, to have an unsubscribe option to be at the bottom of every email you send out.
