Removing bounced emails from contacts

impossible to figure out which email addresses are resulting in bounces and remove them

Hey, thanks for your help. I tried following that page before I posted, but the directions on there are no longer accurate. If you click the number in the "bounces" column on the email reporting screen, it takes you to a page of results for that email, rather than a list of contacts for whom the email bounced as it does in the tutorial. So I have no way to see a list of recipients who are bouncing the newsletter (or the "recommended for removal" view as the tutorial calls it).

Some of your emails are Subject AB, which means they have their own individual reports for their sendouts. If you scroll down on your latest email for example, you'll see separate reporting for both subject versions. If you click one of the numbers or the "view report" links for them, you can switch the top dropdown menu to Bounced, and then the second to Recommended for Removal.

 

Due to how Subject AB functions, some of its reporting will be handled differently than a normal email. For additional info on handling Subject AB reporting, make sure to check out this article.
