Is there a way to reopen a survey? I created a survey for my staff and need one more person to complete it but it is closed.
Once a Survey Page is marked as Done, it can't be re-opened or responded to. In order to "re-open" the survey, you'll need to make a copy of it and publish that. If you are looking to extend the expiration date before the survey is completed, we highly encourage you to leave comments and votes on the open idea linked here. Our Product team regularly reviews our Feedback boards more than our Get Help area. Though we do not have a time estimate if a feature like this will be available in the product, any updates will be posted there, not on this post. Voting and commenting on the linked post above helps to influence future product decisions and allows you to be notified of replies from our teams.

Hey, William_D, I've got this same problem. The survey ended, we want to get a few more responses and / or maybe reach out to the survey "starts" (even though there doesn't seem to be any way to do this) to get some more feedback, but we can't do that without copying and creating a whole new survey. This is just one more way that the new survey tool is inferior to the old survey tool. #FIXIT
Hello @MadeleineC22756,
Thank you for your feedback! We do apologize for any inconvenience with no option to re-open a closed survey. I have submitted your feedback on this!
I agree that this should change. We want to extend our survey, as 30 people started it and didn't finish. Now we will have to ask them to do it again. It seems that there should always be a way to extend, or make it really clear that it can't be extended in the directions so people remember to leave a really long timeframe in case they need it. Thanks so much!
Same here....so many issues with this so-called "new" survey tool. It's a regular garbage fire.
Hi @MarkW59770 Please comment or vote on the open feature request for reopening a survey as we requested at the beginning of this thread.
Yes, I'm in the same situation where I need to extend the survey period due to the request of the client. This is really limiting for the outreach because now we have to go through all the red-tape & approvals to post a new survey link.
Hi @CarlaJ1959 ,
We appreciate your feedback! I have tagged this request on your account, and our engineering team will follow up with any updates we have on this request.
Same situation. Our survey has ended and now we want to send it to a few more people. What possible reason would Constant Contact have to restrict us from doing that?! Of course, I can copy it, but then the results are not all grouped together with the original survey data. Yet another disappointing aspect of Constant Contact. Every time a feature of Constant Contact is upgraded, we lose some control or ability to customize. It's increasingly frustrating.
