Sometimes when you click on an image block to replace an image then click on the replace button a glitch occurs and nothing happens and the library doesn't come up. The workaround I have to do is sign out and sign back in. (I know you can go to the left to get to your library from there but you have to scroll through everything and can't search.) I have been working with constant contact for 4 years it happens randomly. Today it happened back to back. I would very much appreciate it if your IT department can look into this glitch. Thanks!

That is very odd! It sounds like you may be running into some connectivity issues. Let’s start with some basic connectivity troubleshooting. Please keep in mind that when I say connectivity issues, I'm not necessarily referring to just your internet speed. There are a number of elements that can affect website connectivity and accessibility on an individual basis.
If none of those alleviate the issues, please call our general support number so they can continue troubleshooting with you live. If possible, please have a screenshot of your speed test, including the More Info section, ready for the phone agent.
In the meantime, while we get to the root of the issue, I would try simply refreshing the page when that happens, so you are not forced to log out and log back in entirely.
I am having the same problem. Each week I need to refresh a section in our newsletter, replacing 6 photos with different photos. I can replace the first, but after that, I have the same problem--I hit "replace" and nothing happens. I have to refresh the page, scroll down, and replace the next. I have 6 photos to replace so I do this 6 times.
This is a new issue and it happens in all locations so I don't believe it is a connectivity issue.
Please perform the connectivity troubleshooting regardless as confirmation, and if the issues persist call-in so our general support can continue live troubleshooting.
I agree, I have tried all the connectivity troubleshooting and nothing works permanently. Maybe going to a different browser will work for a while but eventually, the glitch happens again. It's been happening to me for 4 years. I called the support line and I don't have 30 minutes of my time to wait on hold at the moment so I suppose I will continue on until I find the time to call.
However, I have found a couple of other threads on this exact problem, and no one seems to have found a fix.
