Hi @TomJ5 ,
I do apologize that you are running into that! It does appear that this is a defect that our engineering team is aware of, and working to fix. I have tracked it on your account, and they will be back in touch with any updates or fixes we have on it. For now, here are some workarounds that they have been recommending:
- Add an image to the email by dragging from the images tab. Click on it and often the replace functionality will work again.
- Exit out of the editor and re-enter the editor. This allows the window to appear when trying to replace images.
- If that does not work, try deleting all of the impacted image blocks and replacing them with new ones.
- This may be caused by Malwarebytes. Try disabling it and see if that helps.
This does appear to be happening mainly when people use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, so if you do have another browser you are able to use in the meantime, such as Safari or Microsoft Edge, that might help as well.
