Reporting Improvements

I left you guys a comment yesterday through the survey about enhancing the reporting in regards to the click through rate - showing when and how many times each contact clicked that link - shows more interest from contact to contact. Here's another opportunity - I included an RSVP for a convention we were attending, and I see that one contact left a response, but I can't even see what their response was.... just that he responded. Unless I'm just not finding it... in that case, please reach out and let me know.

I also would be happy to share how you can find this RSVP action block results in your account. If you used an RSVP action block in your email, you can find the RSVP responses on the Email Details page.




On this page you will then scroll down to the RSVPs section and click "Show Report" to view the breakdown of responses.




With that said, I have taken a look at your most recent campaign and am unable to see any responses to our RSVP block. Where do you see the one response you mentioned? Having any details of this or screenshots are helpful information to have!
