Are you able to provide a screenshot or a quick vid of the issue occurring? I just went into your account and wasn't able to recreate it, regardless of the time frame I put in - except for the 12-month view.

My apologies, after looking at those specific emails, I'm noticing the issue. I did some more testing, got all the troubleshooting information gathered up and submitted to our higher level technical team. They should be reaching out within the next four business days, after they've had time to investigate. They'll be reaching out to your account's primary email address once they have an update.
