Required Field Empty when editing details

We have required the Phone field and given a cell phone field as an option to fill in. At times while editing details, the required Phone field is occasionally empty (I don't know how it would have accepted the registration that way) and we have to copy from the cell field into the Phone field to be able to save the changes. If I have to go back into the same record to edit it again, the Phone field is empty again and I again have to paste the number from the cell field. Odd glitch.

How were these contacts collected? Can you confirm all sign up forms and event registration forms have always required the phone number, or at that the contact wasn't already in the system?

You may want to call our general support so they can provide some live troubleshooting, and collect some specific contacts where you're seeing this. Any active sign up forms, or event registrations where you're encountering this issue with collecting their information, would also be good to know for the troubleshooting process.
