Rescheduling an email campaign to resend automatically

I send an email every week is there a way to automate the sending of an email campaign.

If you're needing the email to automatically go out to non-openers, you can set up automatic RSNO on the scheduling screen.

If you're needing to have the exact same email re-sent to the same contacts every week, there are a couple different options. If you're Email Plus you can set up Automation with up to 15 steps to cover the next several weeks' worth of emails. Otherwise if you're on the basic Email plan, you can copy the email a bunch, and schedule it for every subsequent week.
