Can you elaborate at all on what isn't working for Resends? Is it the automatic Resend to Non-Openers that's setup during scheduling that isn't working? Or is it one of the Resend options in an email campaign's More / Actions menus that isn't working?
I also to RESEND my email to all of the non-openers. i used your schedule resend to non-openers. but now, 3 weeks after the send, i need to SEND AGAIN to NON-Openers. please tell me there is an easy way to do this. i thought in the past that it was a simple task,... but now I do not see this option. thank you.

To resend to non-openers that long after the first send, you will need to do a manual resend using the Did Not Open report. You can automatically resend again but only 10 days after the initial send. Thanks!
