Hello,

I have set up some auto responders and the trigger for them is joining a list. however, they are series that people may forget they received and/or want a second time. is there a way to set it so if they re-complete the form they get it again? Thanks

Hi @user614401 , 

The automation trigger "when a contact joins a list" is a single-use trigger, meaning that it will only send to people the first time that they join the contact list. If you wanted to send the campaigns to a contact the second time, you could do one of two things.

You would either have to manually send the email to that contact by copying the campaigns to your campaigns screen and scheduling the email to the contact manually, or you would need to create a secondary automated series by copying the existing series, with a secondary list that you add the contacts to.

Thanks, the problem is sometimes people forget they had the series/discarded the emails and request it again and how would I know to send it manually? i.e. that they had re-completed the form?
