Resend to Non Openers was not sent due to "Invalid Date"

I was glad to see CC recently made the "Resend to Non-Openers" feature more flexible by allowing it to be sent "between 12 hours and 10 days after the original send date." However, I have used it twice now specifying a resend 24 hours from the original send, and both times the resend failed to go out. In the Campaign Details tab, under Resend, I see the phrase "Invalid Date" (even though the CC system let me choose the date during campaign setup). Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Our higher level Tier 2 team is going to investigate the issue further, and will  follow up with you via email within the next 4 business days. In the meantime, you can manually resend the affected emails to the non-openers.

This happed to us today 8/7/2021. It stated "Resend to Non Openers was not sent due to "Invalid Date" I used todays date. Please let me know. It should have been fixed since it was brought up in May 2021. Thank you

@annclark, did you ever get a fix or explanation for the 'invalid date' glitch? This has happened several times in our campaigns, but the best support says is to 'manually resend'. Any insight would be very appreciated!

At this time, the issue is still ongoing in certain accounts and has already been tracked for yours. If and when there's an update, the engineers will notify you directly.

This may be too late. But it appears to be an issue on their end. Constant contact has amazing developers and engineers but technology will never be perfect.

As a workaround : Make a copy of the email.
Create a temporary new list of non-openers.
Send only to the new list of contacts.

This is still happening - I've double checked the date and time and it's more than the 12 hour minimum. I'm very disappointed that this has not been resolved - this is the third time it has happened. We are a very small operation and I don't have time to babysit Constant Contact. 

Having the same issue the past week or so on my new campaigns. What gives? I havent seen this in the past?

The same thing just happened to me. The original went out at 415 pm and I selected to resend at 830 am, but no email went out due to an 'invalid date'. This is so very unfortunate because the email was a year-end ask for donations.

Just tried to manually resend but could not.
