Resend to unopened on recent campaign did not go out

I"m curious why the email did not get sent out on Monday December 27 at 7:00 a.m.? Are you having trouble with your system?

Hello @SoniaJ13. It looks like that campaign was a resend to non-openers. There wasn't any history of it being scheduled to send on the 27th and it was a sent a few days later. If you have any proof (like a confirmation email) that says it was scheduled for that day, please let us know and we can look into it further.
