Resends going to already opened

Resend to non-openers are getting resent even to people who have already opened. How is this even possible???

If you believe there's been an issue with the resend, I'd advise calling our general support for live troubleshooting and investigation. Or you can reply directly to the automated @ mention email you receive from this response. When you reach out, please include:

  • the exact name (not subject lines) of the email campaign(s) affected
  • the email address of some example contacts that are showing in both the original send's Open report and also in the resend's Sent report - aka the contacts affected
