Hello @JAMIEL338 ,
You can go into your Event Basics and have it automatically close once it hits a certain number of registrations (including guests).
people need to be able to choose which service they will attend...
8:30 or 9:00
The following week, 8:30, 9:00 or 10:55
I'm sorry. I was asking a SECOND QUESTION, SEVERAL MONTHS LATER....
Can't find how to do that.
Any help will be appreciated. Jamie
I need to offer 2 or 3 different worship service times to attend in one event
We are starting back with in-person worship. I need to offer 2-3 different services to attend.
Please send me a link/video, or advice on how to set this up.
Hey @JAMIEL338 ,
In the current event system the two best ways to go about this would be to either:
In the past for customers wanting similar setups I've typically suggested the second option as the strongest. While you may need to make your event's official "time" longer / all-day, the item-time slots will show up in their confirmation email. It'll also show in your registration data so you can follow-up with the registrants if they need newer confirmations or any additional info on their time slot. Items also allow you to add descriptions / additional info so if you have different things happening during each time slot, you can have that laid out for them when they're registering.
Can I do this in one event? Where do I find how to do this? Thank you. Jamie
