Resolve Warning and Error Messages After Importing Contacts

Greetings. We have many email addresses from companies outside the U.S. that have more than 3 characters after the ".", e.g., joe.customer@mail.weir. These are legitimate addresses that we need in our mailing list. Is there a way to override the import limitations? Thank you!

Are you getting explicit error messages when trying to add those contacts? Because even using the fake email address you provided, I was able to upload that as a contact via single-add, paste/type multiple, and upload from file. Even a ridiculously long fake email (for example I used TEST@super.longtesteremail), was able to be single-added, typed/pasted, and uploaded via file without any issues. 

 

If possible would you be able to reply directly to the @ mention email you receive from this response, or call in directly, with some examples of contacts that won't upload? That way we can securely perform some more troubleshooting with those particular contacts, to see what might be impeding their upload.

After three or four attempts yesterday, those contacts would not import. This morning, they imported. I have no explanation why those out of almost 400 contacts did not initially import, but I thank you for your time!
