[Resolved Dec 5, 2022] Website Builder-made accounts, issues accessing Websites & Stores tab

I am trying to enter my website metrics via the Websites and Stores menu options. However, today, I am getting only a menu for Google Ads and additional SEO features which I DO NOT WANT. There does not appear to be any menu selection to take me back to the Website section of this tab. What is going on???

Hello @KarenT9220 ,

It looks like this may be a new issue, especially based on your particular account setup with the Website Builder integration. Our higher level technical team is going to investigate further, and will be following up via your account's main email within the next four business days for an update.

For all others that have commented / kudo'd so far, we've submitted your information to the higher level technical team as well, so they can further investigate, pull necessary troubleshooting data, and get the issue written up for addressing.

Checking on those who have commented or kudoed so far, I'm seeing the issue as resolved in your accounts. For those who created their accounts via the Website Builder integration, you should now be able to see the Websites & Stores tab as expected, with the full array of options and directories (Sites, Stores, Bookings, Domains, etc.)

You may need to clear your browser's cache, then exit and re-enter your account, if the fix isn't immediately showing on your end.

For those of you who had active cases with the higher level technical teams, you may receive a follow-up email later, but I figured I'd update this thread now that I've received an update on the service request.

I can no longer find my website builder under any of the tabs. When I go to "Websites and Stores" it's just an ad to make a google ad. Please Help!

Hi,

No, it has not been resolved for me. I have posted a new message again, just now. I hope someone is monitoring this blog and will initiate a process to fix the Constant Contact site. It is their problem!
