Not sure why I can no longer see all my campaign folders. This started today, 10/3. I cannot scroll down through to see all the folders/subfolders.Constant Contact Folder dropdown.png

Update 10/31: This issue should now be fixed as of this afternoon. The folders drop down will have the scroll bar, as expected and all folders will be accessible. Apologies for the issue, especially to the folks that rely heavily on the folders. Happy to have this functionality fixed.

Hello @MaryJoC83 ,

It's a recent issue that's just popped up today. I've marked your account as affected, and submitted the case to the devs for further investigation. If and when there's an update regarding it, they'll notify you directly.

I must say "If and when there's an update regarding it, they'll notify you directly" is not a reassuring response. I sincerely hope this issue is resolved. Afterall, it worked in the past.
Is there a relationship between being abe to scroll through subfolders in campaigns and subfolders in the image library? Both have problems. Perhaps similar bad code was used to "upgrade" the software?

For some reason, the drop down menu with the folders will now not allow me to "scroll" down through the list to get to folders on down the list. When I try to scroll or arrow down in the drop down menu, the entire page moves down. Any ideas on how to fix this or why it is happening? I have signed out and in, restarted, updated, etc.

I am encountering the same issue. I can't scroll down to see all of my folders. It's making very difficult for users to access their past campaigns and templates to create new campaigns. We have branded templates for all of our users, and we can't even search "Template" to find them. Have you estimated when this will be corrected?

The fix should be applied by the end of this month.

It's happening to me too. I reported via chat yesterday and twitter today. Very frustrating because I need to scroll to the proper folders

Please mark me as effected to. If I can't access my folders I can't work.

I've not been able to scroll my campaign folders for this entire week and no progress or ETA

I agree this is very frustrating. My only thought of a work around (and what a PITA option) is to go into manage folders and rename them so that the folders you wish to view appear first. You could at least select the folder (I would think). We shouldn't need to do that but if Constant Contact isn't working on this, then we may need to.

For example - my folders are filed by year, with subfolders beneath. I have renamed my 2022 folder to 1-2022 and it and its subfolders all appear. However, I am still limited by how many folders/subfoldlers will display and I still cannot scroll.

Hello - just wanted to pop in with an update that this will be fixed and development is currently underway. We'll keep you posted! Apologies for the issue, I'm hoping to have another update soon.

Can you please provide an update on when we should expect this to be fixed? It is extremely hard to find campaigns and frustrating when I spent so much time filing all campaigns appropriately.

I agree I have many folders and it's aggravating and doesn't give me confidence. If you go to the manage folders you can find the folder you need to work on and put 1 in front of it. We shouldn't have to work around but that's what I had to do.

Hi, I am affected by this issue also, and I'm guessing there are others who have not spoken up. I have tried using different computers, different browsers, updating, and clearing the cache with no resolution.

The current process doesn't give a user confidence that they can access the folders they save with ease or that the files will be there historically - it's a bit concerning!
The whole filing process and retrieval doesn't seem very robust and when you look at main folders with several saved emails within them - there doesn't appear to be a way of accessing or opening any of them? Where is the process? The leaflet on your site bears no relation to the 'users' reality.

Also, please can we have a walk through video about storing and acessing folders and can we have an easier way to find images when making a email marketing piece without having to scroll and scroll.

Colleagues have experienced crashes and lost work due to product 'freezes' when saving.

Recently, we have had little or no response from your helpline.

This is still not scrolling for me in October 2022!  Not in Firefox, Safari or Chrome.

I CANNOT GET TO MY FOLDERS Beyond the first 9-10.

I am having the exact same issue. And not knowing whether this issue has been escalated to "critical" is frustrating. I use folders multiple times per week.

Hi @AndreaJ181 - I can confirm that the issue has been escalated and is currently being investigated. It may involve a few different product teams on our end, so I don't have a solid estimated fix time yet but we will be keeping this thread updated.

When on the main Campaigns screen, when you click the "Folders" drop-down button, only the first 10 folders are listed. We have more than 10. This list no longer scrolls, so there is no way to access those further down the list. This list previously was scrollable. My browser is updated; in fact, I have tried on multiple different browsers. The issue is on CC's end.

I am having this same problem and have been for weeks. It is extremely frustrating. Please escalate this issue and let us know when to expect a fix. Saying "it's being investigated" or "it's a priority" is not an acceptable response at this point. We at least deserve a timeline for when to expect it to be working.
