Rip off!

My account has been on hold (talked into it by your representative). Now I find that its been quietly (no notification) been taken off hold and I'm being charged $40/month for something that I forgot was inactive. I want the charges refunded!

I'm sorry this happened. Our Billing team would be the best team to handle this. You can reach our Billing team at the numbers listed here. They are open Monday through Friday from 7AM-9PM EST.
