Rounded corners for buttons in user interface

Can anyone tell me why CTA buttons have rounded corners when designing an email in the Constant Contact user interface, but when I send myself a test email or regular email they come out with square edges? It causes confusion and doesn't make it very clear what type of experience I should expect when sending emails to customers.

Hi @LisaB8977. We've seen this happen on certain desktop email clients, primarily Outlook. Could you share with us if you are using a desktop and also what email client you use to view your email?

When we are in the office, we are using a desktop but we have been out of the office and working remote since March from laptops.   We have seen the round and square buttons when using both a desktop and laptop.  Our team also does use Outlook primarily but when we send emails out to customers, it is hard to say what email client is being used for all of them.

Thank you!

I've also been having this issue. I am using desktop Outlook. Will this be fixed soon?
