SMS Awaiting Confirmation - People did not receive confirmation text message

How do I resend an sms confirmation, or is there another way to have them confirm? People say they have not received their message to confirm their subscription.

It isn't possible to resend confirm-opt-ins for SMS contacts that sign up through forms. Our higher level technical team is going to investigate your contacts in SMS Awaiting Confirmation status, and will be following up with you within the next four business days.
